Meet Dr. Jared

Dr. Jared Teeples joined Hometown Orthodontics in January 2026. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Utah School of Dentistry, graduating with High Honors and induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Teeples completed his Orthodontic Residency and Master of Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he served as Chief Orthodontic Resident. He has passed the written portion towards certification as a diplomate by the American Board of Orthodontics and has been appointed a Part-Time Clinical Professor in the UAB Orthodontic Department. Outside of the office, Dr. Teeples lives in Trussville with his wife, Madison, and their three children. He enjoys cheering on college football, trying new restaurants, and staying active.
